The stuff people actually keep.
Adelfi Promotions, Inc. builds branded merchandise, event activations, and retail promotions that get picked up, worn, used — and remembered after the booth comes down.

Four ways we get the brand into people's hands
Promotions work only when someone keeps the item, shows up to the event, or remembers the sample. Everything below is built around that one test.
Branded Merchandise & Promotional Products
Sourcing, design, and production of branded merchandise — from apparel and drinkware to custom-built items — vetted for quality before a client's name goes on it.
Event & Experiential Activations
On-site brand experiences at conferences, festivals, and retail events — booth design, staffing coordination, and the giveaway strategy that gets people to actually stop.
Retail Promotions & Sampling Campaigns
In-store sampling, point-of-sale promotions, and limited-time offers designed and executed with retail partners, tracked against redemption and trial.
Sponsorship & Partnership Activation
Turning a signed sponsorship into something visible — signage, giveaways, co-branded moments, and the on-the-ground presence that makes the deal worth what was paid for it.
Brief to recap
The same production discipline whether it's five hundred T-shirts or a three-day activation.
Brief
What the event or campaign needs to accomplish, budget, timeline, and who it's actually for.
Concept
Item, activation, or promotion options with real samples and pricing — not just a moodboard.
Source & Produce
Vetted suppliers, quality checks, and production timelines built with shipping deadlines in mind.
Activate
On-site coordination or fulfillment, so the plan survives contact with an actual event day.
Recap
What went out, what it cost, and what's worth repeating next time.
Industries we build for regularly
Sectors where a physical item or an on-site moment still moves people more than another ad does.

Common questions
What's the minimum order size for branded merchandise?+
It depends on the item — some products have supplier minimums as low as a few dozen units, others require larger runs to hit reasonable per-unit pricing. We'll tell you the real minimum for the specific item during the concept stage, not after you've committed.
How far in advance do you need to book an event activation?+
Six to eight weeks gives the most room for sourcing and staffing. Shorter timelines are often possible depending on the item and scope — ask, rather than assuming it's too late.
Do you handle on-site staffing, or just the products?+
Both, depending on the engagement. Some clients only need production and shipping; others want on-site coordination as well. This gets scoped explicitly upfront.
Can you work within an existing brand guideline?+
Yes — most projects start from an existing brand system rather than a blank page. We'll flag anywhere a guideline doesn't translate well to a physical product before production, not after.
What industries do you not typically work with?+
We focus on the sectors listed above. For heavily regulated categories with specific compliance requirements around promotional items, we'll say upfront if it's outside what we handle well.
How is pricing structured?+
Project-based, quoted after the brief and concept stages once real items and quantities are on the table — not a flat day rate that doesn't reflect what's actually being produced.
Tell us what's coming up
An event date, a launch, a sponsorship to activate — the sooner we know, the more room there is to source things properly.
